Course Information

The 3-day american bodyguard academy course also gives the learner the minimum requirements to apply for overseas high-risk jobs such as middle east, africa and south america. During training at american bodyguard academy, you will learn how to identify and detect hazards, and how to operate vehicles and equipment used in cbrne operations. This theoretical and practical course is structured to build incrementally challenging stages where participants are closely monitored and assessed by the tutors for their safety and performance. We maintain a good tutor to learner ratio so that all the learners get the necessary individual attention to master the core objectives of the training curriculum. You will be put through your paces from our highly experienced tutors, so prepare to train hard every single day. We finish the course with a final exercise.

Tactical Top, 1-inch tactical belt, tactical pants, tactical footwear.
Chest Rig, tactical gloves -

Ballistic glasses, ear defenders, leg or hip holster, compass, rucksack, ration pack, fire lighter (flint and steel) -

2 Passport Photos and ID's (Driving license/passport preferred)
Black pen and Notebook
Camera (digital) or mobile phone with camera, plus all leads to connect to laptop and charger leads. The knowledge to upload onto the computer.
Laptop computer - Software on the computer must include: Windows, Word, PowerPoint (you must have a basic knowledge of these software applications)
A working watch
A small size torch such as a Maglite
For courses in London, you will need an Oyster card to enable you to use public transport. If we are working out of the UK, you will be able to purchase cards or bus tickets. All of this is your responsibility.
